- Bresaola slices
- Shaved parmesan
- Lemon juice
- Truffle olive oil
Doesn’t really need much of an explanation…arrange the rocket, bresaola and shaved parmesan on a plate. Drizzle with lemon juice and truffle olive oil, then sprinkle with pepper. Eat with a ciabatta roll for a more filling meal.
