I killed my basil plant, so this happened.

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil
  • Large handful of fresh basil
  • Two garlic cloves
  • Salt n’ pepa

Throw everything in a food processor, adjusting the amounts depending on how thick you want it to be. Whizz for ages. Eat drizzled on a tomato salad, or as a base in a pasta sauce. The options are endless!
