Goat’s Cheese, if you please.
Ingredients:
- Rye or soda bread
- Red grapes
- Log of goats cheese
- Handful of hazelnuts, chopped finely
- Fresh thyme
- Honey
Spread the grapes on a baking tray with a sprinkling of thyme. Roast at 180c (fan-assisted) for around 15-20minutes, until the peel is beginning to split. Toast a piece of bread, and top with slices of goats cheese while still warm.
Add the grapes on top, sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts then drizzle with honey. If the tartine is a little cold by this point, warm it in the oven for around 5 minutes, until the cheese begins to melt.
