Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 large red onion
- 2 peaches
- Fresh coriander
- Lemon juice
- Salt n’ Pepa
Chop up all the ingredients into small pieces and mix in a large bowl. Adjust the amounts depending on how much you want, maintaining a similar amount of onion, tomato and peach. Add coriander, lemon juice and salt/pepper to taste.
