Tick tock, tick tock.

Ingredients:

  • Bunch of Asparagus
  • Prosciutto
  • Lemon juice
  • Balsamic vinegar

Cut the woody ends off of a bunch of asparagus, then steam the stalks for around 5 minutes. Once cooked, drizzle with lemon juice. Wrap pieces of prosciutto around the asparagus stalks, arrange on a plate, and dress with balsamic vinegar.
