Breakfast, Heidi-style.
Ingredients:
- Porridge oats
- Greek yogurt
- A banana
- Honey
- Cinnamon
- Strawberries
- Nuts or granola to garnish
Mix half a cup of porridge oats and a little water in a bowl, enough to just moisten the oats. Add a finely chopped banana, a few chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and a little cinnamon. Mix thoroughly, and top with more chopped strawberries and a sprinkling of nuts. Cover and leave to refrigerate overnight.
