An incredibly easy salad that’s like a party on your tastebuds.


  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Slices of prosciutto or parma ham
  • A ball of the best mozzarella you can get
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Basil
  • Olive oil
  • Mixed salad

It’s so simple I feel almost embarrassed to explain it…

Prick the tomatoes with a sharp knife, then roast them in a bowl for 10 minutes covered in balsamic vinegar, basil and a little olive oil. Slice up the mozzarella, lay it on the salad along with the prosciutto, then pour the tomatoes and dressing over the top when they’re done.
