Two eggy pots of delight that look like Mr Twit if you squint.
- Filo pastry
- Two eggs
- Slices of Parma ham
- Some kind of small bowls or ramekins
- Salad to emphasis the illusion that you are eating a bearded man
Cut two sheets of filo into circles the size of a medium sized plate, and squish them into your little pots. Add two slices of parma ham to the bottom, then pour a raw egg on top. Sprinkle with pepper. Repeat. Put it in the oven at 180C for around 20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
